Rebecca McQuaig promoted to Group Home Supervisor

Please join us in congratulating Rebecca McQuaig on her promotion to Group Home Supervisor – Austrian Court; effective August 1^st.  Rebecca is a familiar face to the residents: she has been providing 1:1 service to our residents for years as well as being an advocate and networker, introducing our community to the services that Challenge Enterprises provides.  Rebecca has been with Challenge Enterprises for 5 years, she started out with us working in Residential Group Homes and quickly rose to the role of Team Lead in our men’s group home with 5 males.  Rebecca also took on the role of Activities Coordinator when Club Challenge was getting off the ground.  Most recently, Rebecca has been working in Supported Employment.
