Partners of the Americas Florida Chapter President Commends Challenge Enterprises for Setting the Gold Standard in Service and Collaboration

On April 24, 2023, Challenge Enterprises of North Florida Inc. received a visit from an international delegation that included John Schoch, President of the Florida Chapter of Partners of the Americas, Isabel Pacheco Director/CEO of Fundacion FEDE of Columbia, and her son Federico. The delegation was taken on a tour of the facilities and programs at Challenge Enterprises to showcase the organization’s dedication to inclusion in the workforce and community.

During the tour, Mr. Schoch expressed his gratitude and admiration for the program’s high-quality operation and dedication to service and collaboration with the community. He emphasized that Challenge Enterprises is a prime example of how quality dedicated people, leadership, teamwork, and service can meet the needs of the community in a very special way. He later followed up with an email stating that the program sets the Gold Standard for doing that.

Isabel Pacheco, Director/CEO of Fundacion FEDE of Columbia, expressed her desire to learn how to prepare individuals for life in the community and how to get them involved and keep them involved. She stated that individuals with different abilities are still treated as if they do not exist in Colombia, and she is doing what she can to bring awareness and support to their needs.
