Members of IMPACT CLAY came to Challenge Enterprises for their monthly meeting and to discuss food distribution and storage in response to health and well-being needs in Clay County. In addition to the local food pantries and hardworking volunteers, Clay County also has a food rescue agency. Challenge Enterprises demonstrated during a tour of the facility, their capacity to support the area food pantries and food rescue organizations with storage of refrigerated and frozen food items; including the new refrigerated trailer received under the Cares Act to transport items at a proper temperature to distribution sites. This joint cooperation between organizations helps to address the food insecurity concerns and increase the quality of life for Clay County citizens. #UpfortheChallenge
