Workers at Green Cove Springs-based Challenge Enterprises, which provides jobs for people living with disabilities, are creating custom-made and sewn face masks for every employee at Community First Credit Union. This is the third face mask project Community First has funded, including one with three other credit unions to benefit Ascension St. Vincent’s and one with the Clay Chamber to benefit first responders in Clay County. Challenge Enterprises has retrained numerous workers to switch jobs to the sewing operation.
