Ashley Gueltzow has been with Challenge Enterprises for one year working as a Human Resource administrative assistant. She is in the final year of her graduate degree program, obtaining her master’s degree in management specializing in Human Resources. We are excited to announce that Ashley will be initiated on April 27, 2022, into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society based on her record of academic excellence. Membership in Phi Kappa Phi is invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter to graduate students in the top 10%.
When asked what Ashley enjoys about working at Challenge Enterprises, she stated, “I’m proud of the work and values Challenge Enterprises exemplifies to the community. On a regular basis, I use Challenge Enterprises as a positive example in my school assignments regarding inclusiveness and positive work culture.”
Ashley is working to become an experienced HR professional by learning from the Challenge Enterprises team. She strives to use her knowledge obtained from the University of Maryland Global Campus to effectively collaborate with her coworkers. She hopes to grow within the company and gain the experience needed to continue the important work Challenge Enterprises does for our individuals, employees, and community.
