Challenge Enterprises is growing and we now have a SERVICES Division. Nichole Redgate has accepted the promotion to the Vice President of Services. Nichole has been with Challenge Enterprises for 6 years serving as Direct Care, Group Home Supervisor, Residential Director, and Qlarant Compliance Monitor for Agency for Persons with Disabilities funded agency programs. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the Work Center Director (TBD), Adult Services Director (TBD), and the Residential program. Nichole will have an office in the new management suite at the Plaza and she will work remotely as well.
