Join us for a meaningful morning as we honor the contributions of workers with disabilities and celebrate inclusive employment practices during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). This Year’s Theme: “Celebrating Value and Talent”. In honor of NDEAM’s 80th anniversary, this year’s theme highlights the dedication, skills, and achievements of workers with disabilities—past and present. As we approach America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, we’re reminded that our nation thrives when everyone has the opportunity to contribute. First recognized in 1945 and officially designated as NDEAM in 1988, this observance is led by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). It reflects a long-standing commitment to ensuring that all Americans—including those with disabilities—have access to meaningful employment.
