May Food Drive in Honor of Nurses and Hospitals in North Florida
Join Assisting Hands Home Care for the May Food Drive benefiting Challenge Enterprises’ Community Outreach Program, Food for Clay County. Your donations directly impact the residents of Clay County through weekly food distribution events organized by Challenge Enterprises. Why This Matters: May is Nurses Month, and food is fundamental to health and well-being. By contributing to this food drive, you are helping nourish those in need and honoring the nurses and healthcare workers who tirelessly care for our community. Good nutrition is essential for recovery and maintaining health, and your donations will make a significant impact. But that’s not all…Assisting Hands Home Care is celebrating our caregivers by matching $0.50 per pound of food collected to fund a nursing scholarship for one of our heroes in scrubs.
All shelf-stable foods are welcome, including:
