Annual Connecting the Dots Conference

We are excited to be participating in the 8th Annual Connecting the Dots (CTD) Conference, hosted by the Area 4 Family Care Council! This educational and inspiring event will take place on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Schultz Center, 4019 Boulevard Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
The Connecting the Dots Conference is a vital resource for advocates, families, and caregivers, providing up-to-date information on services, supports, and community resources available for individuals with developmental disabilities. Attendees will benefit from a series of breakout sessions, covering important topics from early intervention through elder care for individuals with unique abilities.
With over 70 local and statewide exhibitors, including Challenge Enterprises, this event offers the chance to discover valuable services, make connections, and engage in meaningful conversations with experts in the field.
