Power of People and Possibilities

Challenge Enterprises provides person centered programs, services and work opportunities for individuals with disabilities (ie. Downs Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, brain injuries, learning impaired, visual or hearing impaired, disabled veterans, and Wounded Warriors). Challenge Enterprises’ professionals and volunteers have assisted hundreds of individuals achieve success by becoming more self-sufficient in their community. From taking their first steps in the hallway at Lighthouse Learning Center to depositing their first paycheck, the dreams of individuals and their families have the full support of the Challenge Enterprises' team. Their countless success stories show Challenge Enterprises’ lifelong commitment to the Power of People and Possibilities.

Social Enterprise

Challenge Enterprises’ mission is to promote the Power of People and Possibilities for individuals living with disabilities. Challenge Enterprises is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that operates in the form of a social enterprise, meaning our primary purpose is for the common good. Challenge Enterprises’ social agenda is advanced by utilizing the methods and disciplines of business and the power of the marketplace. From preschool through retirement our goal is to provide persons with disabilities the opportunity to live a productive, active, and rewarding life.

Challenge Enterprises operates various business enterprises that generate revenue through providing quality services at competitive prices at the same time employing individuals with disabilities. We also provide a variety of supportive services for the individuals we employ.
